John Waltons 32 Anniversary frame. John had several unique features that sets his flathead powered roadster Anniversary frame apart from others we have built. First we pinched the rails at the front crossmember. We then fabricated flathead engine mounts and provided a way to mount a 56 steering box in the belled hole boxing plate. |

The 56 steering box installed in the recessed and belled hole boxing plate took a little time to figure out and this is what we did to fit the box. We cut a section of the boxing plate for access to insert the box behind the boxing plate. The cut section will bolt back in place. With the wedge mounting plate that angles the box correctly in the frame rail, the area behind the plate fills in nicely. Check out the pictures. |

John is building an original 32 deuce highboy roadster which has a stock floor pan. That floor pan has two dropped sections that is located under the seating area. We needed to section the rear leg portions of the X member to accommodate the dropped floor. |

John wanted us to install a Model A rear crossmember. He provided the original A crossmember and we installed it with flanges and rivets. In the pictures you can see the flat and round head rivets. |
